atlases totaled less than 950 copies. All
were out of print within a year, and none of
them went to a second printing.
At recent auctions an original Hancock
County atlas in fair condition, sold for
$1,250; an original Barnstable County book,
in good condition, went for $2,275; and an
1881 Washington County atlas, in poor
condition, brought $775. |
